Law 85-2018 of Puerto Rico, each charter school, also known as escuela pública alianza, is required to have a school board composed of 7 to 9 members. This board must include essential roles such as the principal, the director of operations, a teacher representative, and a representative, among others. The diverse composition of the board ensures that various perspectives are considered in the decision-making process, promoting a collaborative environment for the school's governance. This law aims to enhance the educational experience for all students by fostering community involvement and accountability.
Marta Adorno, M.Ed.
Principal
Marta comes from a proud lineage of educators, having been by her mother, who dedicated over 20 years to teaching second grade. This early exposure ignited her passion for education, her to start her own journey as a teacher. Through her unwavering dedication and commitment to her students, she has now risen to the role principal at our Levittown campus, where she continues to inspire and lead the next.
Pablo Quiñones
Director of Operations
Pablo, with his background in the army, brings invaluable qualities of discipline, order, and respect our school environment. As the Director of Operations, he is dedicated to ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. His leadership fosters structured atmosphere where students can thrive and learn effectively. With Pablo at helm, we can trust that our school will maintain a high standard of excellence.
