We are a K-12 charter school located in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico dedicated to providing a high-quality education through the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. A charter school is a public school that operates under a charter or agreement, which grants it greater flexibility in its operations compared to traditional public schools. This flexibility allows charter schools to implement innovative teaching methods and curricula tailored to the needs of their students while still being held accountable for academic and operational performance.
In Puerto Rico, under Law 85-2018, charter schools are known as Escuelas Públicas Alianza. This designation highlights their status as public schools that function in partnership with the governing educational bodies. As an Escuela Pública Alianza, our school is committed to maintaining the standards and accountability measures set by the law while providing a unique educational experience.
