At Caribbean Global School, each student is assigned an advisor, also known as a homeroom teacher or "Maestro de Salón Hogar" in Spanish, who plays a pivotal role in their educational experience. Advisors provide personalized support and mentorship, monitoring students' academic progress and guiding them through challenges. They serve as the primary connection between the school and home, maintaining open communication with parents or guardians to share updates and address any concerns. Additionally, advisors foster a supportive classroom environment and coordinate school activities to ensure students are actively engaged in the school community. Through these responsibilities, advisors help create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, empowering students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
