Step 1
Online Inquiry
To begin the enrollment process, families will need to complete an online inquiry form. Once submitted, our team will reach out to confirm your eligibility and provide detailed information on next steps for enrollment. We are here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and straightforward process.
Step 2
Online Application
All applications & documents are due by March 21
Families will need to complete the application process by submitting the necessary documents to ensure a smooth and organized admission procedure. The required documents to be uploaded typically include:

-
Completed Application Form: This is the initial step and includes basic information about the student and family.
-
Transcripts or Report Cards: Academic records from the student's current and previous schools, which provide insight into their academic performance and progress.
-
Birth Certificate: A copy/photo of the student's birth certificate to verify their age and identity.
-
Immunization Records: Up-to-date immunization records to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
-
Social Security Card: A copy/photo of the student's social security card to verify identity.

By ensuring that all these documents are uploaded and complete, families help streamline the application process and support the school's ability to make informed admission decisions.
Step 3
Lottery (if applicable)
If seats are no longer available for the desired grade level at Caribbean Global School, the next step in the admissions process is the enrollment lottery. This process ensures a fair and equitable opportunity for all applicants seeking admission. Here's how it works:

Lottery System: When the number of applications exceeds the available seats for a particular grade level, a lottery system is employed. This system randomly selects students from the pool of applicants to fill the available spots.
Notification: Families will be notified if their child is selected through the lottery. Those who are not selected will be placed on a waitlist, and they may be contacted if additional seats become available.
Waitlist Management: The waitlist is maintained in the order determined by the lottery. As seats open up, families on the waitlist will be informed and given the opportunity to enroll.

The enrollment lottery is a transparent and impartial method to manage admissions when demand exceeds capacity, ensuring that every applicant has a fair chance of being admitted to the school.
Step 4
Confirm Enrollment
If space becomes available for the desired grade level at Caribbean Global School, the student will be offered enrollment. Upon receiving this offer, it is crucial for the parents to confirm their child's enrollment by responding no later than March 28. This timely confirmation ensures that the school can finalize class rosters and prepare for the upcoming academic year. Failure to confirm by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of the offered space, allowing the school to offer the spot to another student on the waitlist.
